The Launch
Ops Sprint
A calm, co-piloted sprint to plan, build, rehearse, launch, and debrief your offer—without last minute chaos.
I am your part time Executive Producer: you stay front stage; I run the back stage.
Outcomes you can count on:
A single source of truth and clear timeline you’ll can reuse for future launches
Minimum-viable systems & automatoins that fit your brain (tool agnostic)
A dress rehearsal that catches issues before launch
Calm, 10-min daily stand-up meetings during launch week (I watch the fires)
A clean post launch-debrief
Who’s IT for?
Business owners with an audience channel, ~5-8 weeks of runway, and 2-3 hours a week for 1-4. Solo or tiny teams (<5) welcome.
The 6-Week Runway
How it works: The Launch Ops Sprint is a done-with-you service aimed at business owners who want ops support while they are planning to launch their next offer or creative project. We implement the essentials together (systems, dashboards, minimum-viable automations) and I run launch-week ops.
Pre-Start (t-6.5 to t-6 Weeks)
Fit check > contract + intake > gather assets & baselines
Week 1 — Brain unload and blue print
90 min recorded Production Meeting. We define success, surface risks, lock milestones, and choose a simple tech stack.
Deliverables: Priorities Memo, Risk/Rescope, Draft Timeline
Week 2-3 — Calm systems build
We implement your single source of truth (ClickUp/Notion/Airtable/GDrive), review roles and& rhythms, put in place lightweight automations, and construct your file architecture.
Deliverables: Dashboard + folders, SOP starters, Roles & Rhythms map
Week 4 — Dress Rehearsal
End-to-end click through, QA of copy/links/emails, and buffer days added (life happens)
Deliverables: QA log, Fix List
Week 5 — Showtime (Launch week)
Daily 10 minute stand-ups, firewatch, real time triage. You keep selling, I keep it steady.
Deliverables: Issue tracker, day-by day ops notes
Week 6 — Encore & Debrief
Metrics pull, 60 min retro, and a next -season plan so you can rerun the show.
Deliverables: KPI report, post-mortuem, rerun checklist
Runway Requirement: Sign 5-6 weeks before launch (4 weeks is the hard minimum)

What this is vs isn’t
This sprint is:
A co-piloted launch operations engagement
Tool-agnostic systems and project management
Clear decisions, QA, and calm delivery
This sprint isn’t:
A copy writing or brand design package.
Paid ads management or complex funnels agency
24/7 on-call or staff replacement
Scope Note: I coordinate copy/design and own ops/tech. I don’t write long-form sales copy or design brand assets; I’ll plug into your people or refer trusted partners.
Investment & availablity
Price: $4000 (or 3 payments of $1335)
Capacity: I run 1-2 Sprints/month. Booking early helps.
